Our history

17.12.1987 – By the decision of the executive committee of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy, the new hotel belonging to municipal economy of  Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy was named "Petropavlovsk".

01.02.1988 – The hotel is placed in operation.

1991 – The hotel has been carried over to the municipal property and was named “Municipal hotel "Petropavlovsk".

26.01.1993 – The hotel "Petropavlovsk" is registered as Joint-stock company.

20.09.1996 – The hotel becomes Open Joint-stock company.

16.03.1998 – The hotel "Petropavlovsk" receives the certificate for café food services.

31.08.1998 – The hotel receives the certificate for services of (***) star category.

1999 – Restaurant reconstruction in style "Gzhel" for 60 persons is made.

7.06.1999 –Travel agency of the hotel “Petorpavlovsk” is organised.

2000 – The banquet room  is reequipped and named “Russkaya Gornitsa”.

2000 - The hotel Complex "Petropavlovsk" is included into the catalogue of the best hotels of Russia, the CIS and Baltic countries «Best Eastern Hotels».

2001 – Bar reconstruction for 60 persons is made.

2001 – The hotel participates in a regional exhibition-fair "Summer holiday" Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy, and receives the diploma for high achievements in development of tourists service.

2001 – The hotel takes part in 5th Far East international tourist exhibition "Daltur" which is traditionally hold in Vladivostok.

4.05.2002 – The centre of modern medical technologies is opened.

2002 – The business the centre is opened.

7.10.2002 – Joint-Stock company hotel "Petropavlovsk" was changed to Hotel Complex “Petropavlovsk” Co.Ltd.

2002 – The hotel is a laureate in the All-Russia competition «100 best goods and services of Russia» in a nomination «Hotel services”.

2003 – The beauty saloon is opened.

2003 – The hotel is a laureate in the All-Russia competition «100 best goods and services of Russia» in a nomination «Restaurant food services».

2003 -  The hotel participates in the Moscow International exhibition «MITT 2003».

25.03.2003 – The hotel participates in the international seminar WTO «Business and intensive tourism» in Moscow.

9.03.2004 –  The business school “Link” (International educational system) is joined to the Hotel Complex “Petropavlovsk” .

2004 - The general director, Rodionova Galina Aleksandrovna, is included in the Encyclopedia «The best people of Russia» in section "Person" and is awarded by a commemorative medal and the certificate «The best people of Russia».

2004 - The general director, Rodionova Galina Aleksandrovna, is included in “Golden Book” of Russia “The famous women of Russia” in the section “The woman – Success”.

2004 – The hotel takes part in an exhibition «Baikaltur – 2004» passing in Irkutsk.

2004 – The hotel participates in world conference “Modern state and tendency of hotel business development” in Saint-Petersburg.

2007 – The hotel takes part in the economic forum «Problems and prospects of attraction of investments» in Sochi.

2007 –The general director, Rodionova Galina Aleksandrovna,  is awarded with the order and  diploma of the All-Russia prize «The leader of  2007 year» for the personal contribution to development, social stability and economic achievements of the company.

2007 – The general director Rodionova Galina is the winner of the competition “The people of the year 2007” in the nomination “Popular Business Lady”, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy.

22.08.2008 – The hotel complex became a member of Federal Register “All-Russian Honour Book”, it was included at the suggestion of executive authority of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.

2008 – Anniversary year – the Hotel Complex «Petropavlovsk” is 20 years old!
